Fast
Midtone Response Time
To enhance moving image playback capabilities, an
overdrive circuit is included. Used with many LCD
TVs, an overdrive circuit vastly improves the LCD
panel’s response time for changing between midtones
or gray levels, which is necessary to display color
images without blurring. With the overdrive circuit,
midtone response time is an extremely fast 12 ms.

Stereo Speakers
with SRS WOW Technology

sounds; and FOCUS technology which improves clarity
in high frequencies and produces a tall and wide

Ideal Screen Brightness with BrightRegulator
A BrightRegulator
sensor on the front bezel takes a reading of the
ambient brightness and then signals the backlight to
adjust the screen brightness accordingly. In a
brightly lit room, BrightRegulator increases the
screen’s brightness level, whereas in a dimly lit
room it will decrease the brightness, thereby saving
energy and reducing eye fatigue.

ArcSwing 2 Stand
This EIZO-developed stand provides an arc-shaped
range of movement so the screen can be positioned up
high near eye level or lowered at an angle akin to
reading a book for a more natural viewing posture.

Detailed Image Control
The high quality image reproduction of this monitor
is complemented by extensive color control features.
Color temperature can be adjusted in 500 K
increments from 4,000 to 10,000 K (including 9,300
K). Independent control of hue, saturation and gain
are also provided for achieving maximum color
performance. |
Fine Contrast
A one-touch button on the front panel accesses five
specialized image adjustment modes: Text, Picture,
Movie, Custom and sRGB, each with its own settings
for parameters such as color temperature, brightness
and saturation.

10-Bit Gamma Correction
Produces smooth gradations of color with its 10-bit
LUT (Look-Up Table) that automatically converts
8-bit data (256 gradations) received from the
computer to 10-bit (1,021 gradations) and then
reassigns this data back to 8-bits with the ideal
gamma values. |

C-Booster
C-Booster technology
provides sharper and more vivid moving and still
pictures by raising contrast levels and enhancing
colors. |

time can all be confirmed in the on-screen display
